Located in historic downtown Frederick, Maryland, Creekside Title, LLC serves all counties in the State of Maryland and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Renee Flannery
Owner (Licenses MD 112538 & PA 1143609)
Renee Flannery has been in the title industry since 1993 working for various title agencies in various capacities. She graduated from Frederick Community College in 1990 with an Associate of Arts degree in Paralegal Studies and from Frostburg State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Justice Studies with a minor in Sociology. Upon her graduation from college in 1993 she went to work for a title company in Rockville for the summer. That summer job turned into a career. She went on to work for a builder-owned title agency, national underwriter direct operation closing office, law firm, realtor-owned title agency and bank-owned title agency. Over her 30 years in the industry she has held roles in all aspects of real estate closings from beginning to end. Renee knows her experience and knowledge lends itself to her role as Owner of Creekside Title, LLC.
Amy Fleming
Owner (License MD 191471 & PA 464246)
Amy Fleming has been in the title industry since 2002. She graduated from Western Maryland College (now McDaniel College) in 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a minor in Business Administration. Amy ran the daily operations of three title companies during her career. She was the manager of a satellite office in Georgia at the regional headquarters of a national lender. In addition to her experience as a title processor and manager, Amy has also been conducting settlements since 2003. In 2005, she started her own company as a contract settlement agent, working with local and national lenders and regional builders. Amy knows her knowledge as a prior business owner and her experience for the past 21 years in the title industry will greatly benefit her success as Owner of Creekside Title, LLC.
